How to Explore the Mile High Karate
Franchise Opportunity
We suggest the following steps:
Review of our initial development package. Hopefully you are getting a sense of whether this business and Mile High Karate is for you. If you sense that we know what we’re talking about, if you like our approach to this business, and if you see the value of a team approach, then don’t hesitate to move forward in our process.
Franchisee Qualification Questionnaire
We need to know your skills and financial capability to build this business. The enclosed questionnaire provides us necessary information to advise you.
Disclosure
We have an extensive disclosure document prepared under Federal Trade Commission guidelines. It contains a detailed narrative of the variety of issues you should address when contemplating this, or any serious franchise investment.
Discovery Conference(s)
We are happy to outline our business and franchise concept by phone or email. We are interested in your business plans and where you are in the decision making process. We welcome extended teleconferences with us on all facets of our business. We invite you to meet our key people and see our schools. We will arrange this at a time of mutual convenience.
Site Selection and Proposal
We are pleased to work on a development proposal and submit it in writing.
Agreement and Orientation
At the execution of our franchise agreement, franchisees pay the initial fee and we immediately begin working on your marketing and business plan for your first operating territory, as well as a sequence plan to get ready to open your business. Orientation usually takes place four to six weeks before the training.
Training at Corporate Headquarters
Six weeks of training (a complete outline of which is supplied in our disclosure document) in the Denver office with corporate staff and existing franchisees.
Opening Your Business
From start to finish, we think you can get it all done at the earliest in two months and on the later side, six.
